Limited Warranty Information
REPAIRS:
If any part of the RevitaVet™ system fails, or the unit is not working, please notify our technical support team by calling for assistance. If we are not able to help you get your system working properly, then you will need to be referred to the manufacturer for repairs.
Requests for repairs and upgrades for all RevitaVet™ products are handled directly through the manufacturer: Light Emitting Designs, Inc. Please follow this link for instructions on how to return your system to the manufacturer for repairs.
All items sent for repair or replacement in conformity with the terms of the warranty should be sent insured and properly packaged. RevitaVet™ Therapeutic assumes no responsibility for products that have been lost or damaged during shipment.
